Den Reimbursement Policy/Procedure

In the event that you purchase materials for a craft or activity, save your receipts and turn them into the Pack Treasurer at one of the Den Meetings or Pack Meeting.  The Pack Treasurer will then cut you a check.

If there is any question as to whether a purchase might or might not qualify for reimbursement, please contact the Pack Treasurer beforehand.
